1. Ordering, Shipping and Inventory
a.Shipping United States or United States territories is only $5. We pay the rest of the cost of shipping. We take pride in making sure you get your part quickly. On east coast 1-2 days is average west coast is 3 days.

b.International Shipping is calculated at a $15 flat rate. For most items $15 will be enough to ship your item. In some cases for international shipping for heavy parts i.e. 4+ pound power supply, may require extra shipping cost. If you have a heavy part you can purchase your part and we will send you a bill for the extra cost based on its weight, if you agree we will continue with your order.

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail except international in which you will receive your tracking number very quickly after your order. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

c.Inventory on ElectronResort.com LLC is very accurate. If the part that you are looking at says there is 1 parts in stock, that will be our last part and as soon as it is purchased it will be taken from inventory. You should not be able to order any part that we do not actually have.

All packages can be tracked at www.usps.com with your tracking number.
Once your order is processed for shipping your tracking number is sent to the email you provided during your ordering process. Your tracking number can also be found on your order page when you log in an click on you order.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS
We will take back any new/unused purchase over $30 (subtotal). Please contact us before returning your purchase for approval. Return approvals are available for 60 days after the order date. New/Unused purchases can be returned at the purchaser's expense for a refund. Acquiring an RMA doesn't guarantee a refund. ElectronResort.com LLC must receive your return within 60 days after you ordered your part. 20% restocking fee on all unused/unwanted returns. All packages not properly packaged or damaged will be refused at Post Office. You are responsible for proper mail insurance on returns. Altered returns will be refused. Returns are only accepted at ElectronResort.com LLC PO Box 847 Dudley, NC 28333. Use a carrier that will deliver to a PO Box. We are not Responsible for carriers that will not deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest using US postal service.




Return process

1. Email us through the contact us on this site with the reason for your return and request a RMA number.
2. Check your email for a responds and your RMA number. Please check your spam/junk mail folder for your email.
3. Fill out this return authorization form Click Here Returns without this form will not be processed.
4. Package your part with the anti-static bag, bubble wrap, and packing paper for a safe return. Returns without proper packing boxes will be refused.
5. Return package to address on the return authorization form ONLY! We will not be responsible for returns to any other address.


3. Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been marked shipped. If the item you want to cancel has already been marked shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If your order is marked shipped it will have to processed through returns or if has left our warehouse it will need to be returned for processing.
